This program is offered for an indeterminate period as a community service. It is not meant to replace the advice of an attorney. No warranties are made as to the accuracy of the program and users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any given computation. Reports of problems, glitches, omissions, suggestions, requests or questions concerning the program should be referred to webmaster's attention. This program is based upon a literal application of the new child support legislation. For a full text, see the Resources section of this website. If you feel using the shared parenting provision of the child support statute yields inequitable results you should either ask the Court to deviate from the Guidelines or do not enter any numbers in the Visitation Nights Form. Any other problem with the child support statute should be addressed to your attorney or your legislator. To use this program, you must agree to the following: 1) You understand that you are using this program at your own risk, and that no warranty is made to you. You should review 43 O.S. §118 and §119 and compare its provisions against your form, or consult an attorney. 2) You understand that this is a premier version, and that there may be changes made to the program and form from time to time. 3) You understand that this program is designed specifically for current versions Microsoft Internet Explorer and may not work with other browsers. 4) You understand that no support is available regarding whether the Child Support Form will print correctly on your printer.
